Turn all overhead lights & all lamps ON

Open blinds & window treatments to let in outside light

Turn all ceiling fans OFF

Put all toilet seats down

Remove Real Estate Sign from the front yard

Remove cars from driveway

Remove trash cans

Keep pets away during photoshoot

Make all beds

Place all shoes, jackets, etc. in closets

Remove any clutter (kitchen, Bathrooms, Bedroom)

Clear nightstands of personal items

Clear kitchen counter tops completely

Clear bathroom counter tops completely

Hide all charging cables

Hide all garbage cans in pantry or closet

Replace bulbs that are not working by the small type of bulbs

Remove small floor rugs to reveal actual flooring

Remove dirty towels and laundry baskets

Hide pet crates, beds, toys & water bowls

Remove shampoo, soap, loofahs, etc.

Shovel snow if necessary
